程學(xué)旗,研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師,中國(guó)科學(xué)院計(jì)算技術(shù)研究所副所長(zhǎng)。1996年進(jìn)入中國(guó)科學(xué)院計(jì)算技術(shù)研究所工作,先后擔(dān)任軟件室主任、中國(guó)科學(xué)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)與技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任、所長(zhǎng)助理、副總工程師,2016年11月起任中國(guó)科學(xué)院計(jì)算技術(shù)研究所副所長(zhǎng)。國(guó)家杰出青年科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家特支人才、國(guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼獲得者。擔(dān)任中國(guó)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)大數(shù)據(jù)專家委員會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)工業(yè)與應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)大數(shù)據(jù)與人工智能專委會(huì)副主任、中國(guó)中文信息學(xué)會(huì)信息檢索與內(nèi)容安全專委會(huì)主任。

在網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論、大數(shù)據(jù)分析引擎系統(tǒng)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)智能服務(wù)等方向深耕20余年,在基礎(chǔ)研究和系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用方面取得了一系列有持續(xù)影響力的特色成果。在本領(lǐng)域重要國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊和會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文200余篇,Google Scholar引用1萬(wàn)余次,獲得授權(quán)專利60余件。研制完成的大規(guī)模分布式機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)(EasyML)、文本與自然語(yǔ)言處理工具集(MatchZoo)、大數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算引擎(SQLGraph)在國(guó)際開源社區(qū)影響廣泛,在查詢理解、信息檢索和排序?qū)W習(xí)方面的研究成果五次獲得本領(lǐng)域重要學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議(ACM SIGIR、ACM CIKM)優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)。自然語(yǔ)言處理、社會(huì)計(jì)算、知識(shí)圖譜、信息檢索和排序?qū)W習(xí)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在國(guó)際權(quán)威評(píng)測(cè)中多次排名第一。

近年來(lái),先后主持并完成了十余項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃(“973”計(jì)劃)、國(guó)家高技術(shù)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃(“863”計(jì)劃)、國(guó)家信息安全重大專項(xiàng)以及中國(guó)科學(xué)院知識(shí)創(chuàng)新工程等科研任務(wù)。研究成果形成的平臺(tái)、系統(tǒng)獲得國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)三次、北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)一次,中國(guó)中文信息學(xué)會(huì)錢偉長(zhǎng)中文信息處理科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)一次,中國(guó)電子學(xué)會(huì)電子信息科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)兩次。
